- our story -

Dough,
done slowly.

Urban Dough Co is a Neapolitan pizza kitchen in High Wycombe. We keep it simple: proper dough, given time, a short menu done well, and pizzas named after the trails and villages on our doorstep.

how it started

Life’s too short. Grab a slice.

Slow-proved dough, blistered crusts and toppings named after the trails we love. Order ahead, collect it hot from the oven and pay by cash or card when you pick up.

what goes in

Three things we don’t rush

The dough

Proved for [HOURS] hours so it’s light, airy and easy to digest — the bit that makes Neapolitan pizza what it is.

The fire

Baked hot and fast in our [OVEN TYPE] oven, so the crust blisters and leopards while the middle stays soft.

The toppings

A few good ingredients rather than a lot of average ones — [WHERE KEY INGREDIENTS COME FROM].

why the names?

Every pizza is a local trail

Our menu is a map of the Chilterns, each pizza takes its name from a path, valley or village near the kitchen. Eat your way round the lot.
